Remote Assistance

Before we begin. Please download our remote support application.

If you are using Chrome as a browser the application will download and be shown in the lower left of your screen, please click on it to begin the remote session.

When the welcome to TeamViewer box opens, please select the following

  • Please select Basic Installation

How do you want to use TeamViewer?

  • Please select Personal/Non-commercial use

Click the button “accept -finish”

  • Allow the application to make changes to your device if prompted.
